The extensive wine list features over 200 wines from across the globe. The private dining room can be reserved for parties up to 12 people and features AV capability.
Jason and William fully embrace the notion of enjoying what you do to the fullest and taking time to fully appreciate your experiences. The name “Under the Cork Tree” reminds one of the famous Spanish children’s story, Ferdinand the Bull, who was a gentle giant of a bull who didn’t want to fight in the ring, but just sit under the cork tree and smell the flowers…(or wine)! The story truly embraces Jason and William’s philosophy on life.
